"this small facility delivered us our best food memory during our 4-day visit in paris. the noodles are made by someone in the house who obviously mastered their crafts. we had freshly made dumplings (as well as any one we tasted in asia) and the...beef nudelsuppe. the bark is marinated in chili oil so it is particularly tasteful and delicate, although quite spicy. the spatialities are humble, but neat. the personal is friendly, efficient and very attentive by children. prices are very low compared to the rest of paris. for the best eating we had during our stay, in a fraction of what we paid in other hostile restaurants that we did not like half as much. everything makes this place worth going from the busy driveway to the side streets to look. a true hidden gem."

living in the neighborhood, we quickly noticed the pastry in the window stretching the noodles by hand. We took the vegetarian-leaved noodles - delicious, with fresh and crunchy vegetables. with a Tsing-tao beer, perfect. fast and attentive service, brick and wood decoration without varnish, simple and natural. to visit also to sip a fresh juice of fruit pressed - ample selection of fruit combinations. Green tea ice made home very good too. Anyway, we're now the usual customers. well to carry too!

authentic nudel connection from a shanghainese lady (I will assume that she is the owner. she is super nice and very well maintained with my two unruly young blooming. even the cook had a sweet smile when my blooming theke bashten with her chiffeln (smh .onto the food: the nudes were super fresh and great texture! we had two different noodle bowls cut bark soup with a bone supper and bark bean soup with a darker (meat broth? broth. both tasted great and fed us after a long day with the said blooming. we plan to go back before our stay is over.
