"After we have booked through the opentable app for 18.45 clock, we actually arrived at over 45 minutes early, but it was not a problem for the staff and we were sitting fast. the starters arrived soon after ordering and were very nice. for the net we had made the burgers and 2 of our party requested well, and the third was a regularly cooked burger, in contrast to some restaurants that cannot differentiate and cook as they were the burgers to this occasion were served exactly as we requested. we have shown on a NEC show, so it is regrettable that we are continuing from soihull."

Great service, plenty of staff on hand. Really good if you need to get out for cinema. Food is a nice change from the ordinary. Good beer selection too!

Well...its the fourth time we have visited Firejacks and the experience is still fab.....great atmosphere....great waiting staff and management with glorious food..Ive now had the Rump steak 4 times and 4 times its been delicious......well done to the kitchen staff

We tried this for the first time on Sunday, mid afternoon, it was pleasantly busy which created a good atmosphere. A more simple menu than some of the other casual dining competition but I regard this as a good thing. We had a sharing platter for 4 to start and 3 different types of burger and 1 rack of ribs for mains. Generous portions and served piping hot, we were particularly impressed with the interesting selection of fries and their various toppings and the large selection of sauces. We will be back and hope the high standards are maintained.
