"We ate our 10-year anniversary at Fischbecks. I had put together a menu with the cook and planned the process because it should be a surprise. Although we arrived at the restaurant much later, when it was originally planned, everything worked perfectly. The table was totally covered, the surprise was served and the privacy we wanted at the moment became part. The wine advice was absolutely fitting and the menu was only divine. In recent years I haven't eaten almost like in Fischbeck, even in a 5-star house. The boarding was absolutely friendly and reserved. We have experienced an unforgettable evening and look forward to the repetition. I had wished a pepper salad and it was a fresh salad with an exceptionally delicious dressing that does not taste 08/15 and served Bruscetta. The main course was duck breast on oranges with roasted semmelknödeln and red cabbage. The meat went to the tongue and the sauce was just brilliant. The fried semmelknödel was also slightly roasted on the outside and was juicy on the inside and not too dry. As a dessert, there was vanilla ice cream with a special liqueur, very tasty and just the right finish for the menu. We felt very comfortable in the small but fine restaurant and like back here. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right in my eyes"

I met a friend there and we were not disappointed. A beautiful atmosphere where you can eat comfortably and don't feel upset. The owner and the service are very nice and the food is also very good. I often meet friends here to make an evening sound a nice meal. The prices are absolutely recommended for good food.

Fischbeck's only got a star. We ate an ice cream there in the afternoon and asked for the map. The owner is unfortunately very unfriendly and has just pointed out that the kitchen has not opened in the afternoon. The menus are quite expensive. We then decided on another place in the evening because we have been treated so unfriendly, so I can't say anything to the courts. The ice was a simple finished product and its money was not worth. I cannot agree with my previous speaker at all. It is true that there is only warm food from 18:00. I don't see it as unusual. Otherwise, I can only say that Susanne and Jürgen Fischbeck have an impeccable operation. The ambience is great and Susanne reads your guests' wishes from their eyes, and her North German charm makes them so sympathetic. Jürgen conjures dishes in his kitchen, some of which can still look at some of the star restaurants. Prices are in an absolutely fair relationship. Who doesn't think it's just going!

We, my dog Sammy and I, came to enjoy Susanne and Jürgen Fischbeck guests for 10 days. We were received and greeted at any time of the day and every wish was read by our eyes.
