Open late, which was helpful. Just generally really yummy stuff but it's not pretty to look at. I liked the BLT especially.

This is not value for money, also staff need to learn service skills. Overally priced dig food, that a dog would not even eat.

Very nice food, always fresh potatoes and nice burgers with real meat. Kids likes hotdogs which is also very tasty. Portions is big, it always feels like they double portion of chips.

Me and my friend went there today and the burger and chips were terrible, had a funny smell like it spoilt, tasteless and cold plus very expensive. We were shocked and approached the manager to complain bout it but he was soooooo rude and didnt care at all. Pls avoid if u can.

Visited Five Guys for the first time on this trip to Edinburgh. Overall the establishment was clean, the staff were efficient and friendly and the food was nice. However, the food was not exceptional but the price was. It is the only gripe I have in fact. I think if you went 2 streets down you would have an equivalent meal for two thirds of the price. Visited last Saturday evening Big que Long wait Milk shake machine broken Upstairs Coke and Ketchup empty Tables strewn with litter and dirty. Burger OK but warm at most. Seens like the delivered food is the priority. A load of hyp on the walls about how great. Sorry but words are embarrassing when the experience is do obviously out of alignment. For the same money you can go to any number of eat in places close by.

I went to st James quarter in Edinburgh and went to five guys to get a milkshake. I liked that there was alot of variety to choose from and I could have as many types as I want which in turn does make the taste quite strong. I got a chocolate, caramel and strawberry milkshake. There were other types I used as well. The cup I got looked amazing. The cream went well with the milkshake, the taste was quite strong due to the amount of flavours I used but I like my milkshakes quite strong. The taste was out of the world, truly amazing, the different flavours mixed well together and the price was very good too. The service was 10/10 got my order with less than 5 minutes of ordering the drink was 1...

Bizarre sensation on first bite into cheeseburger. Felt like it was cold but then realised bun was chilled beef patty not as hot as it should be. Returned to server asked if they toast or heat the buns. She replied that they do so I invited her to feel the bun. She felt it with the back of her hand to my surprise said “There’s still a bit of warmth in it.” I then asked to speak to manager was ushered to back of the restaurant. Manager agreed with me the other 3 in my party who had felt the burger. The bun was chilled, not warm, not tepid, not room temperature but chilled in fact super-chilled as if it had been brought out of a fridge a beef patty put into it. No apology.
