"Hervorragender Hot-Pot! Ich bin dort Stammkunde und von der Qualität 100%-ig überzeugt. Das familiengeführte Restaurant beschäftigt „echte“ Köche aus Peking und der Provinz Szechuan, und so wird auch gekocht. Die Brühen für den Hot-Pot sind Kunstwerke. Sie werden aufwändig selbst hergestellt, ohne irgendwelche Zusatzstoffe wie Glutamat, Farb- oder Konservierungsstoffe. Vom Büffet kann sich der Gast dann seine Mahlzeit zusammenstellen, welche dann in der Brühe gegart wird. Es gibt verschiedene Gemüse (auch Kronenwucherblume, sehr lecker mit Rind), Salate, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte, Fleisch und viele andere Zutaten, je nach Saison. Das Fleisch ist auch von hervorragender Qualität – es wird in der Küche hauchdünn aufgeschnitten, und liegt nicht zermatscht in der Kühlung. Das kalte Büffet gehört auch mit zur Mahlzeit und besteht aus wechselnden Salaten oder (auch wechselnden) eingelegten /gegarten Fleischsorten, Tintenfisch oder exotischen Häppchen wie gebratenen Konjaku. Auch die Maultaschen dort sind eine Entdeckung, vom Teig bis zur Füllung werden sie selbst und frisch hergestellt. Teilweise gibt es Füllungen nach Saison, so gab es z.B. vor kurzem Maultaschen mit Bärlauch, oder aber mit Fenchelblättchen. Nudeln werden auch selbst hergestellt. Ich habe noch nie einen besseren Hot-Pot gegessen, und gesund ist es nebenbei auch noch. Weitere Vorteile: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und keine Extrakosten, wenn man sich Zutaten nachholt. Der Magen freut sich, da kein Glutamat verwendet wird. Die von mir bevorzugte „rote“ Brühe für den Hot-Pot sollte man sich allerdings nicht in scharf bestellen, medium ist scharf genug. Die Inhaber sind supernett und verwenden viel Arbeit und Aufmerksamkeit in die Qualität. Eine Top-Empfehlung!"

If you love hot pot, this would be the place to go, where you can throw in your meats and veggies and enjoy the broth. There is a buffet with raw and cooked ingredients, but the female waitress without glasses was so unfriendly, that you...would like to spend your money and time somewhere else. Nach der Empfehlung von unserem liebsten Hamburger-Freund besuchten wir diesen Laden mal...Das Ambiente kann man vergessen! Es ist warm, laut und un-aufgeräumt, obwohl die Möglichkeit gäbe dies zu erledigen.Wir sind hart in Nehmen und ich habe Hunger (im Brauhaus zum Prinzen gibts heut nix zu Füttern)!Wir bestellten :Schweineohren (kalt) : gut gewürzt mit Silikoneffekt auf den Lippen. Wer keine Schärfe von Chili oder (Sezchuan)Pfeffer verträgt sollte es mild bestellen.Eisbein : ganz ok.18 frisch gemachte chinesische Maultaschen : sehr gut.Preislich fair kalkuliert! Es schmeckte gut und auf jeden Fall roch "traditionell" ...
