Also with the large service charge on drinks, didn't make for a reasonable night out with friends."

The steak in Frankies is one of the best I have ever had. All the staff were friendly and giving outstanding services. Will definitely visit again!

we wanted to observe and eat the game, we took the children and until half the time we had to go, as the speech was used shamefully. the eating was average and although we knew it was a set menu and the cost, it was not good. will go again and will not recommend.

Obviously because of the location you pay a premium here, but I'm not sure that the service was anything worth writing home about. It took over 30mins (on an empty day) to get a drink and the automatic 12.5% service charge is a pet hate and a joke. The food was good nicer than a normal burger bar, but nothing amazing.

Its all good here, very authentic italian bistro kind of feel, but dont bother on match days, all the TVS are on, the sound is blearing and half the punters are just there for a drink, very relaxed during the week, and the zucchini fries are awesome. also you can get tastecard discount through the week so its a bargain.

I booked Frankie's on a Chelsea matchday because having torn my achilies tendon I am in plaster and on crutches with very limited mobility. We arrived at the restaurant to find that the Toptable reservation hadn't gone through to the restaurant and we had no table booked onasn extremely busy day. I'm not sure who was more angry, me or the manager and seeing my plight he managed to fit us in which I'm sure was very inconvenient. So I can honestly say that customer service was excellent and we had a very good meal. Thank You.
