Food is amazing, it really is great. It would be even better if they didnt use single use plastic for their takeaway containers. tried umami for the first time tonight and it was nice! we ordered it for delivery and the driver was very friendly and treated our eating with care. the food came in pretty pills and the presentation of eating in general was done beautiful. the eating itself tasted amazing and we have earned our money in portions! will definitely be ordering more!

This restaurant is a complete joke. You don't get what you pay for, the staff are rude, and it is the worst place to eat. I have so much more to say, but I'll hold my tongue. Do not eat here. I caught the staff lying about the prices, and even though I mentioned it on the phone, they still charged me the higher price when I arrived. We chose to dine in, it had seating but it's predominantly a take-away service so there were three tables to choose from. The service was quick and polite, with food being freshly made. We arrived not long after Umami opened, so the staff serving made sure the table we at was wiped down and clean for us. The food was said to be out roughly 15 minutes from ordering but it came out quicker than that. My sister ordered teriyaki tofu bento with duck oishi steamed buns (eyes bigger than her belly!
