"we were here after an extended beach walk and really very done by eating, service and ambiente. we could sit outside and eat. in the waiting period (which was not above average long) you can play in the small garden or at the house. for our son there was a child chair and also a separate child spoon. the dorade was very tasty and also the black riesentortellini something special. the service was friendly and competent, which is unfortunately not always the case on the island. the prices were appropriate to the quality of eating."

"The by far best address on Juist for honest, grounded and high quality island cuisine without a buckling taste! Was already a small boy on Juist (with an island railway and knows how to appreciate the original here. Unfortunately, there have been here for a few years and there Schickimicki gastro, which for me does not correspond to the spirit of the island. Those who want to enjoy the good old soul of Juist with excellent quality (I come only because of the excellent Bouillabaisse!!) are absolutely right here (unconditionally reserve, quickly full. "we have been going to juist regularly for 2 years and had already been called tipp the restaurant auster. the greeting - at the first time as with the following visit - was always very pleasant. an experience is the presentation of the daily recommendation. We currently had as an appetizer the rubbing cake with smoky salmon and crust the cream soup - both a dense. after the rubbing cake I was already saturated, but then came the matjesvariation and my wife had an salat with noble fish - both excellent too. and to praise all that are absolutely in the price-performance ratio.No overcrowded locally with very good kitchen. it should be reserved, however, because the space is limited and the number of interested is always high."
