"The food was ok, but the service was terrible. The waiter is really unpleasant, rude, and somehow aggressive. All our interactions were uncomfortable. We were my bf and I, waiting for our train in less than an hour. I told the waiter (Italian as me) we were in a hurry, and he replied, saying, Oh mamma mia, tutti di fretta siete! (Oh, mother, you 're all in a hurry), that I think it 's not something nice to say to a possible customer that is approaching you. Then I asked if they had anything lactose free, and he said yes, milk, ahah (that for me is a joke). Immediately after, I realised he was not joking and he was just unpleasant because I went inside asking what exactly was lactose free, and he said, Oh god, what do you want now? Again?? Nothing! All contain milk. (All our interactions were in Italian, that made everything sound even more rude). I don 't think this kind of answer is acceptable and I don 't recommend this place because of the bad service, since the food I had was not bad."

I always come to her place just gor her kakao. also cappuccino and croissants. but kakao is highly recommended. I drink 2/3 cups each time.

Cute and friendly coffee bar across from the main train station. Cappuccino was good and they also serve wine, alcohol, sandwiches, and cakes.

beautiful and cozy Italian caffe right in front of köln hbf. good coffee and very friendly staff. we ordered the salami panini and apple cake and they were delicious!

The cake was frozen before serving, the water just rushed out. It was super gross. I was really hungry so I ate the drier parts with coffee to ignore the weird burst of water. I went for the coffee, I’ll never get anything besides that. And the tiramisu was super wack… The coffee is great, dessert- don’t waste your money. Service is good, the waiter is full power.

my cucumber and I needed to catch a train, saw one died and had to make a decision. Let's calm down for dieucks or try to find a real place. before the question in our spirit came galestro to us from the sky. the service was amazing, the place was full of smiles and laughing, and even more important the coffee, sandwiches and deserts were amazing. the espresso macchiato was one of the best I ever had. but the tiramisu, cappuccino and tomaten mozzarella panini were also legit af! galestro is a place you would visit and enjoy!
