I live near by so I am kind of a regular. Lovely food, excellent prepared, great wine list!! Very attentative staff, friendly, lovely people!! I spent new years eve there twice would go there every year! Great menu, lovely atmosphere!

2km from Kirchvarten,excellent food and presentation, but we found the portions small and the menue selections limited. The wine list was expansive but the open wine list was disappointing and was surprised to find a small .125 glass @4.5€. For an order of rehkeule and a risotto the total bill was 60€ and a poor value. Yes we would return but not too often

We were 6 adults and 2 children, the latter suffering from gluten intolerance. We all got excellent food some of us tried the 4 course special Schlegelhof menu, others the Easter menu or dishes from the à la carte menu. Special attention was given to the children. The staff is very attentative and at the same time personal. You really feel at home. This is a place worth visiting many times.

pleasant modern country house ambience - the kitchen is ambitious, which is reflected in the upscale price segment. We were there for lunch after the celebration of the 1st Communion of our nephew. The food was delicious. They serve regionall food. Very good quality as well as the service. The waitresses and waiters are very attentive. They are really nice. The ambiente is traditional modern and looks fine. Children are welcome. You can enjoy local beverages like wine or beer. It was marvellous. I can recommend it. Hope to be there one more time.

We enjoy coming to Schlegelhof with the family for dinner. The staff are always good with the children and they are also able to cater to special requests (e.g. a smaller portion for an older person).The food is always delicious; the price is moderate to expensive.The interior of the restaurant is minimalistic wooden style, with nice cushions and smaller decorations.We enjoy coming here! They also do great birthday parties for groups!

my wife and I spent two nights in the hotel and took dinner there and breakfast to us. the breakfast buffet is relatiw small, but high quality and equipped with rich, high quality ingredients. the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. for dinner, the same applies. outstanding quality, extremely well prepared - with a salad offering that tops everything I have experienced so far. rich, loving, fresh and delicious. with the service and the friendly climate that prevails in the schlegelhof all-in-one, we were completely satisfied. not only will we come back, but also around a stay at the schlegelhof, we will also build hiking and sport activities - simply because we have an ideal starting point her...
