"seeking accommodation I ended up trying to find other hotels (not by phone at the farm “Zur Reception” in the thüringischen strößwitz (60 km southeast of erfurt 20 km south east of jena), a decision that I did not regret. the phone reservation was simple and easy. not so easy was the approach. because the common people have changed their belongings (now belongs neustadt orla,) does not find any navigation the right way and the undersignment was also spersome. the demand has helped the broad shark poster – this knew! after about 2 km fished at a very narrow and very close side street, past the Breitenhainer-Strößwitzer, they can finally see the village and the gasthof on a plateau. the way to the gasthof has almost offroad character. in front of the accommodation there is a small parking space. originally the gasthof was a farm. Today, the operators keep and buy. the atmosphere is rural-rustic. pension: in the next buildings some simple pension rooms are offered. it's a double room. the equipment is economical but sufficient: bed, cabinet, table, chair, SAT-TV, bathroom with wc and shower. I had the room on my own and there was absolutely enough. for 2 people, but I would call it a little cramped. free and fast wlan is available for renters. Otherwise, they are cut off from the outside world: there is neither practical nor mobile internet network. who wants to call mobile on reliable wise, must go to neighboring wide hai. the breakfast is offered in the restaurant in the main house. for me as a single guest a small buffet was built: a bit sausage and cheese, homemade jams, fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, roll. coffee (on request also tee was freshly brewed and an breakfast from the local huh also gave. there was nothing to mock. my room costs 39 €uro, reasonable I find. who wants rustic can also book the heuhotel. there are sleeping places with sleeping bags on hot and rough. there is also a room with bed where you can find yourself on a bed instead of on a bed. the environment is a “good room” and radiates comfortably. to be even more comfortable, then a kind of arched with columns was installed. the wetin and the family members are friendly, beautiful and attentive. the menu offers some dishes of the regional cuisine in the cheap to medium price segment (apparent, main dishes, ice cream. it is not a healthy and dietary kitchen, but a defensive and stable home cooking. as eating is freshly prepared, you have to bring something patient. in the first night I had sour roast with red cabbage and thüringer knock (11,90 €), in the next night then dhirschbraten with thüringer knock and salat plate (14,30 €uro). I was tasted fine and sated, both flesh were buttery. the sourded could have been a little more sour for me. I felt it was the same on both days. I was very nice to be sour, I was irritated in the brain. in the regional beers of saalfeld and apolda I found the cloudy cellar beer particularly good. close: beautiful country house. I would recommend both pension and restaurant as well as visit again."
