They seemed like they were made by someone who followed a recipe online without putting in the extra effort to make them truly delicious. The aubergine rolls with walnuts were too oily and heavy. The Suluguni rolls were dry on the outside and tasted like cottage cheese on the inside instead of the soft cheese I was expecting. The beets and spinach pkhali were decent but lacked flavor. In short, while it may be a good introduction to Georgian cuisine for someone who has never tried it before, it was a disappointment for those who are familiar with it. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and polite."

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Geamos, a restaurant that offers delicious Georgian cuisine. As someone who is very picky about food and enjoys trying different types of cuisine, I can confidently say that this was one of the best dining experiences I have had.
