Went to have pancakes on pancake day.. only to be told at 630 they had ran out! Says it all!

Great lunch staff very busy but polite and attentive. Definitely a return next time we come to Bristol

After having a wonderful meal at a Giraffe restaurant a couple of days earlier in Bath, I was eager to try this restaurant chain again.

good atmosphere and eating! location is good and the staff is okay! we went in a quiet night and the staff forgot us at a point, but after that they were great!

we were here with a group of 8 on Saturday evening without booking, very attentive and sat all without problems or real waiting time. the food variety is great and many cocktails to choose from. the service was quite fast, but the attempt to get the bill and pay was quite slow and disorganized.

It was my first time in Giraffe, I was so impressed. The menu caters literally for everyone, so many different cuisines. Food came out super quick, the table service was lovely and the prices are definitely affordable for everyone. I would recommend and definitely will be coming back to try more of the food.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The waitress didn’t seem overall happy to be there, we were trying to choose cocktails, I asked her what was in one of them and she told me it was on the menu, it was an Aperol spritz I think, I’ve never heard of Aperol so wanted to know. At one point it took 20 ish minute for a pint of lager to arrive. The food was good but I’m sorry to say it’ll be a while before I visit Giraffe Bristol again. Visualizza piatti
