Well, that was a surprise. we were a group of 17 traveling on a 10-day trip across Germany. in nördlingen we needed a quick lunch and a break from German food. what we experienced instead was a high point of the whole (although very special) trip. sorbas is a detour to Greece, thanks to yanni's great spirit and thanks to the quality of the kitchen.
