"we ordered, take and one of them with an extra patty (cost 5- extra, which is a lot! after getting we asked to be sure again whether the order is correct. we realized that the double-burgerpatty was missing. they were disloyal on the phone and told us they need to go back to work and can't change anything about it. was very disappointing. I understand you're in a hurry and it's a fucking situation, but the rest was just not okay. especially not for this money. better go to swing the kitchen when they want vegan burger "
