"The staff were very welcoming and found a table that was ideal for our young grandson. A high chair was offered in case we needed it. To minimise waiting time which may have unsettled our grandson the staff offered to get food immediately from the salad bar. The food was very nice and we were asked if everything was satisfactory. Well done to the team at Poachers Cottage."

Always a good experience with the Poachers. Excellent staff and beautiful manager who always ensures that my older parents are well looked after. A family restaurant with good casual food.

Good food at very reasonable prices. disappointment there was only ice cream on lunch special, as no toffee pudding available, but excellent is there a vegan choice?????? Everything very pleasant and would go again

I always have a wonderful experience at The Poachers. The staff is excellent, and the lovely manager consistently ensures that my elderly parents are well taken care of. It’s a fantastic family restaurant with delicious casual food.

the food came fast. was helped with drinks at the table. had to be served salat instead of serving yourself, as before kovid. eat a good standard. but were a bit cold. had refillable coks and when went to get something, it was terrible.

Great food at a very reasonable price. The only downside was that there was only ice cream on the lunch special, as the toffee pudding was not available. However, it was excellent that they offered a vegan option! Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely visit again.
