Kayla was great. Her customer service was amazing, she couldn't do enough. I have a dairy intolerance and she really made sure my food was all okay, checked things on Google regarding the sauces at the salad bar. Lovely lady, thank you.

visited the cricketers again and must say that the service was fantastic. oscar has us all the time when we were here to help us no longer. we had the dirty burger and the hugging and wagging. the whammy and the waffles had to die! very recommended! coming back soon!

Had a great experience, all our food come out hot without delay. The only let down our table and the one next to where we sat weren't cleaned and felt sticky/ clammy with same food particle still on the table. The table next to me cleaned there table by using the menu to remove the food of the table. Overall it was a good experience and will return to this establishment, fingers crossed the tables will be cleaned this time.

I recently went to The Harvester location after a long time, as I was interested in their vegan choices. They now have a wider selection, although I think they could add more main courses to their menu. I had the chili con carne, which was okay but smaller in size compared to the vegetarian and seafood dishes my parents got. The unlimited salad bar was a bit disappointing since most options were not vegan-friendly, leaving only salad vegetables to pick from. I didn't ask about the dressing. The vegan crumble with ice cream for dessert was a hit with my daughter and me. I might come back to try their brunch options, but I think overall, this chain could make more of an effort to cater to vega...

After booking online was telephoned by harvester to be told that time slot not available given new time slot. Arrived at New time slot and their system had original time still. Luckily a table was available. Chose harvester as meant to have had a new menu and refund...nothing new on the menu only a price increase. Waitress was changed half way through our meal...wasn't informed of this..New waitress asked about times would we require dessert. In the end we said yes and paid up and left ... feeling very rushed and not valued as a customer. .also it was fathers day and wasn't informed they were doing a special meal deal for all fathers..son saw leaflet advertisement when getting menu for desse...
