It ages since we’ve been to a Harvester and we won’t ever be back. The service was appalling (50 minutes for fish and chips and a chicken skewer). The poor family next to us had to leave before their food arrived in order to get to the show at The Hawth. When the food arrived it was truly awful. The batter on the fish was soggy and the peas were cold and undercooked. My wife said she thought her chicken had been cooking for the whole 50 minutes. I don’t have the faintest idea how places this bad are still trading.

If you’re lucky a member of staff might notice you and welcome you into this soulless establishment and from there it gets worse. Orders were taken and the starter arrived 45 minutes later, mine was obviously a last minute replacement which looked like a bowl of vomit….very bland. A further 24 minutes later and the main courses, which had been sitting on the side arrived , and these were at best, tepid. After hunting someone down to complain an insincere manager came over with some half hearted apology. I ended up paying for the drinks and leaving. Servers were pleasant enough

Terrible food! Staff are running round like headless chickens and don’t have a clue what they are doing! The place was filthy, we was shown to a table and the floor was covered in the previous diners food.. sticky tables and chairs. 6 of us ordered the festive menu, it came out cold, the veg was mushy and the sprouts tasted so disgusting they was inedible.. the starters were a joke! And 2 of us never got our puddings as they forgot to put our orders through.. we decided to just pay and leave, the bill came and when we checked it, we had been charged for items we never even asked for! Once we called the waitress over and went through the bill it turned out they had over charged us by £28. Visualizza piatti
