"Once a year we are on the (our) famous Rennsteig...and this time Katis Heimatlon Café/Restaurant has formed the crowning conclusion of our 5 large hiking days at the beautiful mountain lake in Ebertswiese. The menu offers a variety of options for small and large hunger / thirst. There is a selection of homemade lemonades, various eco-beers, cyclists, freshly baked bread with delicious spreads and dips, loaded bread from the wood stove and and and. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The guest room is lovingly furnished and you can also admire the sports career of our successful biathlete. Kati Wilhelm also shows the guests their social commitment as patron for the children's hospice in Tambach-Dietharz and Die Bunten Schafe e.V. To our big surprise Kati had a few minutes to chat with us and for a photo! We thank you and say... “It was a pleasure,” we want to come back... maybe even from !
