Go here very often. Love the food and very friendly atmosphere. Love the lamb balti as well as the Ferrero Rocher ice cream. Would recommend

Visited here for the first time on the off chance for a table on a Friday evening and they managed to squeeze us in. Decor could do with some updating but the food was delicious, particularly the nan bread. Friendly service too. Will definitely be back!

We received a very friendly welcome at the restaurant, and even though we didn't order an appetizer, they kindly brought us a sample to try. The meal was affordable and the main dishes were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. Sujan provided excellent service.

We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. The staff allowed us to take our time and were attentive, offering great recommendations. The house specials were fantastic, especially the classic curries. Popped in here on the way back to hotel after working late. I was the only customer why? The food was great move onion bhajee and a great vegetable tikka masala, and really keen prices. The service was quick which I welcomed and I really enjoyed the food. The masala was a delicate flavour and not at all greasy. Really good value. I’d visit again if I was in the area. A bit tricky to find use sat nav as you won’t pass it otherwise.

I have used this place for takeaways quite a bit and heard that you can now eat in. Due to how amazing the food has been as a takeaway we decided to go and eat in. The place is small but very bright. The staff were very tentative but not over the top. The food was as lovely as it was when you get a takeaway, we eat quite a few curries and for work I belong to a curry club and the food in this restaurant is definitely top quality. Everyone needs to try it

Ordered a takeaway on 28th Dec Whilst the curry was ‘nice’ it wasn’t the tastebud tantaliser of a curry I was expecting from reading the reviews. I had ordered the Chicken Tikka Massala which was heavy on the coconut flavour (fine for me as I like coconuts and cream) but overall the flavour was reminiscent of a Korma rather than a Massala. My husband had the Naga Pathia which he enjoyed but felt that compared to others the flavour wasn’t as deep and rich. Onion baji’s were delicious and the onion salad tray was a welcome change for our popadoms and dips. I would absolutely eat from here again, Himalaya is a perfectly acceptable restaurant but if I ask myself ‘was this the best curry I’ve eat... Visualizza piatti
