I loved to choose chicken tikka massala, khorma lamb and polished rice. I don't doubt that the rest of the letter is not good, but what I chose was a disaster: sous flavors (for an Indian is a crime,) excessive spices, rare flavors...In short, if you compare it with 2 Indians like fathe pur or shampam (ibiza bar) lower many steps."
