Nice steak here for delicious taste. Try the medium rarely. Good atmosphere too. If you want desserts or alcohol, don't let us down. Keller is another room to chill with friends.

Great atmosphere and service. The starters are excellent, especially the oysters and the scallops. You can picanha for main, so is a delicious cut for steak. Desserts are not their thing I fear, had the apple dumplings and the pavlova, and they were not very good. The bar downstairs is pretty cool and trendy, quite selective, totally worth tasting their cocktails.

Spacious restaurant in the heart of Soho. Bookings requiered. It's family friendly with different menus for kids, adults and vegetarians. Food wise, it's pretty good, dishes well presented and tasty. Cost wise it's in the middle up side. Overall recommend big you haven't tried it. They also have a bar and cocktail bar in the basement so should be a good option to have a drink or two when going out.

Always great experience. Friendly bartenders and surprisingly up to the earth's prices. But you do not go there for the smiles and prices, you go there for an education in the mixology. The bartenders are creative and more than eager to explain to you the inadequacies of cocktails or whatever new whisky or gin they have. Go there to really enjoy a special cocktail and listen to someone who is passionate about doing it. Stay for the music and New York speaking atmosphere.

This is the second Hix restaurant where I was and I can say they were both excellent! I went to the pre-theater menu at a very reasonable price of £23. This included beautifully delicate pieces of Squid for the starter and perfectly cooked monks for the main course. What was the star of the show for me was the pudding, gooseberry cake with elderflower ice cream. Although the ice cream was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth, I still find nostalgic elements to serve the dishes. Came here for a pre theatre meal having checked it was on in advance, only to be told after being seated that it wasn't on over Christmas. Strike one. Starters arrived the seafood soup was very tasty, as was the chilli squid although the chillies were really fiery and the squid was a bit dry. Other that a spritz of lime there was no sauce or anything moist to dip in. Could have done with an aioli or lemon mayo on the side. Main courses, prawn burger was very tasty but chips were over salted. No need to salt the chips when there is salt on the table, as there is no way back from oversalination.
