"We were unsafe for the first time in Hunters and in view of the mixed reviews, but were satisfied with both the food and the service. Initially one, two orders were confused, but the waiter was new and the confusion was quickly fixed. Especially since the menu card has been reworked recently. No one was unfriendly. The food tasted good. I had the flow cancer soup ahead and the Cape Malay Curry as the main course and both were delicious. My friends each had a steak as the main course and could only report good. Since I just came back from South Africa, I had a direct comparison. In my opinion, Hunters can trust even more, and even a little more South African will be from the choice of dishes. For example, offer Malva-Pudding as dessert (something that in South Africa has almost every restaurant on the map) instead of Kaiserschmarrn. Unfortunately, there is no longer the outer steak that used to be on the menu. Price/performance is basically okay in Hunters. Only – and also here South Africa is following me – I find the prices for a glass of wine too high. At €7.50 there is no 0.2l in the Hunters, which should not be, for drinks the prices in these countries are now often excessively high. The glass of dessert could also be a little cheaper. And, anyway, the coffee doesn't have to be from Nespresso. I think it's cooler if you dare to offer something like Red Cappuccino (Cappuccino based on Rooibos) – at the risk that hardly anyone in Hamburg might know this variation. But isn't it always us discovering and experiencing new things?"

Das Essen war sehr gut und die passenden Weine waren wirklich passend.Die Auswahl an Weinen aus Südafrika ist sehr gut und es ist für jeden etwas zu finden. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich.

The food was very good. Unfortunately, the service has broken the complete customer experience. Beverages have been forgotten or moved several times and two of us have been made very stupid by the waiter. It's a pity that the evening was such an experience despite the good food.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider hat der Service die komplette Customer Experience kaputt gemacht. Mehrmals wurden Getränke vergessen oder falsch gebracht und zwei von uns wurden vom Kellner sehr doof angemacht. Sehr schade, dass der Abend trotz des guten Essens so eine Erfahrung war.

we were two in hunters eating as an appetizer a dry salad with fadem dressing and a selection of nuts - for 9.50 euro! second appetizer 3er lei tatardas thunfischtatar was creepy - sour and rough cut, I doubt that the fine yellow-tuna was! main course - a cheerful! lammcurry - the sose had separated into the tummy 2 hauptgang rinderfilet 180 gramm for 26,80 euro in the mitte once cut? why? so the cook could watch as he had fried it? sweet 4,50 euro roasted aubergine and zuchini. the service was good, the wee well calculated.We will never be seen here again! pity!
