"Before it was a trend Ian Brown was all about food provenance and seasonality. He's so slick at it now that you could take it for granted. If you want to eat fresh, Scottish food, cooked to order for you by an experienced chef who is personally there on the tools here is the place. This place is incredible. I took my family, and they also raved about it. I have a vegetarian amongst us and they also were delighted at the menu. Food, service, superb.
