"ichiban is certainly one of those restaurants that you shouldn't miss in Madrid, my son who is studying here always hadn't said it, and yesterday it was his birthday he chose the ichibam to celebrate it. the restaurant is very careful, with a modern and elegant decoration. the deal we received was close and very pleasant, all very attentive. the food is spectacular, they have a wide variety of menu, everything we asked for was very good! sashimi, sushi, niguiri, maki. We enjoyed everything, very good quality. the price is in line with the quality they offer. It is certainly a place we will return to."
