"The first word that comes to me is “bluffed” from start to finish. To begin the welcome, I don't remember having had such a warm welcome in a Michelin-starred restaurant. We enter a small, dimly lit room, the fireplace facing only 4 relatively large tables. The great kindness of the director, the sommelier and the waiter accompanied our arrival with great professionalism and relaxation. We take Chardonnay from Thomas Studach as an aperitif, one of the greatest winemakers in Switzerland in my opinion, followed by a proposed menu at 178CHF to which we can add 3 surprise dishes at an additional 58CHF. The meal begins, the appetizers, starters, dishes and desserts follow one after the other while sharing as required by the concept of the restaurant, all accompanied by the sublime pinot noir always from Thomas Studach, the only word that fits on this culinary stroll is “exceptional” it’s GOOD!!!!!! Each bite takes you on a journey, the seasonings, the textures, the depth of taste, the modernity, the airy side of the dishes, everything comes together every time and without any fault in each of the dishes we ate, of the very very high level. , a cuisine which is a sort of mix between Mirazur and Clos des sens, but the very young Chef Joël Ellenberger keeps his ultimate touch which I would describe as very deep in flavors. Flawless from start to finish, a Chef, a team who deserve the 3rd star 100 times, we need to wake up a little Gentlemen of the Red Guide, this young boy is a genius."

Einmalig was Silvio&Francesco mit Ihrem Team leisten. Bester Service, Top Niveau, Hospitality der Extraklasse. Das was auf den Tisch kommt bleibt ohne Worte aber mit Bildern. Danke euch für dieses Erlebnis

... der sich lohnte.Wir wurden kompetent und hervorragend bedient, konnten das Menü mit besten Wein Vorschlägen geniessen.Insgesamt war es eine tolle Combination und Anordnung der Gerichte und Zutaten.Empfehlenswert, auch die Lage im Resort.

Im IGNIV fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an zu Hause. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Über das Essen muss man gar nicht mehr viel sagen einfach nur der Hammer. Der Dessert zum Schluss ist leider für eine Person zu viel, da die Portionen für zwei abgestimmt sind.

Als Nachtrag zu meiner früheren Bewertung von 4 Punkten, nun die Wiedergutmachung mit 5 Punkten, welche in jeder Hinsicht verdient sind. Freundlicher Empfang, kompetente Bedienung, ein traumhaftes Menu und ausgezeichnete Weinbegleitung. Wir kommen gerne schon bald wieder. Die nun 18 Gault Millau Punte sind wohl verdient.

We were pampered to the fullest by Joel Ellenberger, Susanne Schneider and the entire kitchen/service team. The food was perfectly seasoned and the wine accompaniment was complemented with great care. The service was top class, very attentive, friendly and there was also time to joke. Please keep it up, I will definitely visit you again soon. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Das Konzept mit den kreativen Sharing-Gerichten und der super Weinbegleitung überzeugt vollumfänglich. Das Restaurant besticht mit einem fantasievollen Raumkonzept. Das Personal hat mit einem fantastischen Wissen über Speis und Trank ein riesen Lob verdient. Die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen und wir erlebten einen Höhepunkt nach dem Anderen. Wir können ohne Übertreibung festhalten, dass dies unser perfektestes Gourmet-Erlebnis gewesen ist.

Wir waren das erste Mal in einem IGNIV Restaurant und sind vom Sharing Konzept auf diesem hohen Niveau sehr überzeugt.Was Silvio Germann hier mit seinem Team an Kreativität und Qualität an den Tisch bringt ist sehr überzeugend. Nebem dem 'klassischen ' 4 Gang Menu können noch zusätzliche 3 Überraschungsgänge bestellt werden. Um die ganze Breite der Küche kennen zu lernen empfehle ich diese zusätzlichen Gänge unbedingt zu ordern.Die Weinkarte ist sehr, und ich meine wirklich SEHR gross. Hier findet jeder Weinliebhaber seine liebste Flasche. Und sollte man unentschlossen sein, kann man sich zu den einzelnen Gängen passende Weine aus den Grossflaschen servieren lassen ein spannendes Konzept!Dan...

"My friends and me had dinner here. It was one of the only places that was open and we choose it because we were able to bring our dogs here. It is a really big restaurant and I was surprised that only 3-4 people were...seeing all of those tables. I liked the salad bar with a big selection of different salads and toppings. I had the ravioli filled with spinach and cottage cheese. Really tasty. The other dishes like the macaroni and the spaghetti arrabiata were not that special and a little overpriced a some pasta dish. We had a white housewine which was okay but not great. The service at this place was a rollercoaster. They first brought the wrong dish to our table and I told the waitress. She took it back and replaced it for the one we ordered but not without rolling her eyes about it. My two friends ordered dessert. One was a Iglu which was explained in the menu as ice filled with caramel and caramel coating. It was coated with chocolate and my friend has a chocolate allergy she asked it she could replace it because it did not say anything about chocolate on the menu. She got the a no as an answer with the explanation that the Iglu is per definition a chocolate coating. We were really surprised that this was something everyone from everywhere had to know. In the end she still got it replaced by someone else. As conclusion. Some dishes are very good on the menu and def homemade but you Have to make the right pick but the service and the price value are not the greatest."
