"Es ist schon eine Weile her, als ich das letzte Mal dort war und ich hatte das Essen gut in Erinnerung.Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.Mein Zwiebelrostbraten war ok, der Salat dazu war jedoch recht speziell - der Strunk war noch dran. Als Entschuldigung bekam ich einen Kaffee. Das muss ich sagen, habe ich selten erlebt, dass der Service so hoch geschrieben wird hier in der Umgebung! Meist wird man sogar noch angepflaumt, aber hier gab es keine Diskussion, nichts - echt klasse!Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut vorhanden und selbst kurzfristig, an einem Freitagabend, haben wir noch gut einen Platz gefunden.Gerne wieder!"

"we had Christmas party there. went after the bowling of wereelfingen. eating was partly very good, but there was also something to nail. you then complained......the answer was bad, then they got caught from the old cow what (sauerbraten.) that I personally found very unfriendly and miss the place! Service-No Smiling And Patty...Naja. Let's see? each has earned a second chance, but should be something again-then never again!"

"If you have money and time to waste then this is the place for you. They open (according to their website and hours on the door) at 11:30. I showed up at 12:10 and the person opening the restaurant walked up behind me. After letting me in another woman came in. He took her order first. I walked out. Apparently, I'm the crazy one with money to waste because I've eaten here before and their food is just tolerable. I know this sounds like an angry rant, but truly, if you have a choice, don't waste your time."

"with our visit we experienced a “food in the barrel” in the beer king on Friday and we really liked it. now in December it was cold outside, it had even fallen a few snowflakes and we sat muckelig warm in our barrel and could enjoy the evening in this special environment. the service was excellent friendly. special desires were scarcely flexible and eating was also great. that was certainly not our last visit in the beer king. tasty, fair value for money, friendly and dedicated service, great environment, what they want more. thanks again for a nice evening."

"this place is led by the daughter and the husband of the original owner. the man leads the bar and does the greeting, the woman cooks the eating fresh to her order. the prices are reasonable, they have a large standard luncheon clientele. local specialities such as...good as Austrian delicacies, weine and beer varieties. lots of parking on the nearby market place, free for hours. the restaurant has a warm interior and a sunny garden seat. there is a separate space for larger parties. clean rooms await you in the upper floor, a plentiful breakfast is included in the inexpensive price. go to the medieval city, visit them museen, churches, old walls and towers. this city becomes a tor to the black forest, it is super picturesque, near s railway to stuttgart, porsche museum, mercedes factory and museen. they accompany the medieval daughter in his nightly round and listen to his stories. good rat house, spitalkapelle with its famous carved holy family altar and much more."
