"I would have written this review six years ago when we visited il pescatore, instead I will do this now after I revisited the restaurant in this juli 2017. the device can best be described as cozy, familiar and welcoming. there are only a few tables,...before I recommend to keep some days ahead (this can either fall by phone or by the restaurant). there is no menu, no choices, tore catches the menu on the same day, cooks it and presents it to them; openness to surprise this experience will be wonderful and worth every single minute of it. Since this is a fish restaurant, I do not expect it to have a vegetarian or vegan option. I did not ask if this was a possibility. we came to our table in this juli 2017, we were there with my parents, our 6-month son and our little dog (which remained under the stroller in the bag). when we entered, they had taken into account the baby and sitting on a table that fits the child car on the side and was close to the ac, we experienced a heat wave, so this was very nice for our son. we chose the local white wine (which is from this world and is the perfect guide to seafood). the table was set with 3 different antipasti: smoked fish, grilled vegetables, white fish in marinara sauce, tomaten balsamico and muscheln. immediately afterwards we served the primi piatto, consisting of fregola sarda (local art of pasta, consisting of Smolina balls about 2-3mm) and marinara sauce with whistle and fresh lobster. this was exquisite; after the conclusion of our plate, we were offered a second portion that adds to the cozy and familiar feel of this restaurant. shortly after, we were served the secondi. this consisted of a large plate of different species of fish that eat with different ingredients (kartoffels, rosemary mirror, fennel mirror,) I almost regretted that the second plate of fregola eaten, as this was also delicious. as dessert we received a plate of different Italian sweetness and as digestion, we could choose between limoncello or mirto. the latter is the special digestion instrument of the island of the myrten fruit. in my humble opinion it is more delicious than the typical limoncello. Finally, il pescatore is a restaurant that gives them the local fish with love cooked and gives them a taste of Sardinian cozyness and great hospitality."
