"Yo siempre me pedía el combo 1 de salmón y algas wakame. Simplemente espectacular, el salmón una auténtica delicia. Por desgracia ya me he ido de la ciudad y ya no podré ir más, pero ya no solo echaré de menos el sushi que hacen, echaré de menos a ellos, son maravillosos, desde el minuto uno que entras por la puerta hasta que sales, te reciben con una sonrisa y buenas palabras. Espero que os siga yendo igual de bien que hasta ahora, sois geniales Un abrazo muy fuerte!!!"

"The usual warm welcome you get in Spain did not apply here. We were sternly warned at the entrance that the Covid rules were strictly enforced and masks could be taken off only at the moment we were actually eating or drinking something, first time I experience this in any restaurant, anywhere. "restaurant located in the center of valladolid , a fairly spacious place with a simple decoration. The restaurant menu is not very large but is quite varied, they have dishes from several countries of the world, asia, spider and mexico basically. also have several burgers and children's menu. We went to dinner and asked for all this. To share-Tartar of red tuna with marinated yolk and Wakame alga salad. marinated tuna taquitos with an algae salad and a yema sauce in the background. it was good with the sauce.-Sam of smeared alites to the pan with hoisin sauce, mint, basil and cilantro. pretty good this dish, good brazid flavor of the wings and well marinated.-Arroz of carabineros in wood oven. clay cazuelita with a creamy rice with quite flavor of carabineros , some alioli points quite soft, above carries a carpaccio of carabinero. Están brutales aunque cualquier cosa de carta es un acierto. Nosotros, además de los ravioli pedimos la palomita de ensaladilla con cítricos, lechazo y langostinos con romescu.
