"May 6th 2023 had ordered lobster paella for 2 to share at 28 euros. The lobster was tiny and split into 2. We each had about 2 small teaspoonfuls of meat out of it. The paella was dry and thinly spread across the oven dish with the rice sticking hard to the base and difficult to scrape off. The shock when the bill arrived at 124 euros showed 2 28 euros for the paella costing 56 euros in total. Not what the menu seemed to suggest when it stated 2 to share. Desserts came with one of us left waiting over 10 mins for ice cream and strawberries when we were almost finished ours. When the waitress eventually appeared with the remaining dessert she stopped to chat to another staff member for several minutes still holding the ice cream in her hand instead of placing it on tge table which was 3 to 4 feet away from where she stood chatting. Improvements needed in their service if they value their customers rather than be treated like you get served when it suits them. No menus had been brought to our table as we sat and waited so fetched them ourselves from under their desk area. Should have realised from that immediately that they weren't fussed about having customers bringing in trade to their establishment. Cocktail was good and I liked my mango drink although my granddaughter didn't enjoy hers. Personal tastes vary. Wouldn't return or recommend because of service and price."

Días de vacaciones con mis hijos y tengo que decir que es un sitio maravilloso y el servicio espectacular los camareros super amables si vuelvo a Benidorm será sin duda mi restaurante

Very poor service, staff very unfriendly/unwelcoming sat for 10 mins not given a menu or drinks order taken while other customers seated after us given menus as seated so left no one seemed to care and we went to urban gastro just a little further along amazing very welcoming staff and the food was excellent, can only assume brits not welcome
