Jospa - Piatti

The atmosphere at this restaurant is very beautiful. The cote de boeuf is excellent and the Jospa Platter is also very delicious. I highly recommend it.

We were two out of six diners for most of the evening (reservation at 8 pm). The service was rushed and the food was not of good quality. If you are expecting truffle in the Truffle Max dish, you will be disappointed.

We went to the restaurant, but no one greeted us at the reception. A waiter in the kitchen noticed us, but instead of coming to us, he went to do something else. The chefs saw us wandering around looking for someone to assist us, but they didn't say anything. It was disappointing because we were staying at the hotel next door and had a loyalty card.

I dined here on New Year's Eve, and there were only six of us in the restaurant for most of the evening (we had an 8 PM reservation). The food felt hurried and wasn't up to par. If you're hoping for actual truffle in the truffle mac and cheese, don't get your hopes up—I've had better from a M&S microwave meal. The music was enjoyable, featuring a loud mix of European techno-pop throughout the night.

We walked out as no one came over to us at the ‘reception desk’. One waiter was standing in the kitchen, saw us and then turned away and walked out to do something else with acknowledgement. The chefs could see us walk around the restaurant looking for staff but didn’t say anything to us.
