"Jour reminds me of these American salad bars, in the sense that there are a lot of ingredients to choose from but also that it is expensive to eat healthy. The functioning is like this: you either choose premade salad types (they range from 9.50 to 12 euros) or you create your own. If you feel creative, you choose two bases (spinach, salad, pasta, grains...) and then you have three ingredients to choose from a selection of 8 and a sauce. Then your salad won't be too expensive (about 6 euros). The three included ingredients are not exciting ones (corn, cherry tomatoes, carrots... you see the style) and exciting ones as well as protein based ingredients (cheese, falafel balls, shrimps, chicken, salmon) are all individually priced (1,50 to 3,50 euros each). That's when your bill inflates. I made my own salad (see pic) and it was spinach and kale, then cherry tomatoes, marinated kale and brocoli (3 included ingredients) and veggie falafels, one burrata mozzarella and shrimps. That's when my bill went to the sky (15 euros for a salad). It was good, don't be mistaken (the burrata was real fresh and not sour at all, the miso sauce I chose was very tasty...) but darn, that salad was pricey... It's a good treat if you are dying to compose your fresh salad but it's nearly the price of a salad in a restaurant, and it's only a take away place. The portions are filling but nothing like the American salad bars."

J'y viens régulièrement et j'apprécie le service et les produits qui sont proposés sont frais. Je prend généralement une salade à composer, mais cela peut petit à petit augmenter l'addition. Malgré les suppléments, je valide la qualité des produits.

we enjoyed a freshly prepared and colorful lunch: buddha dish and winter warmers were both great choices. the Buddha Bowl was gently spiced and combined light aromen to make a complex mouth. the team was friendly and made the generous portions as we observed. a. good box shop in a busy day.
