"first it looks very one-sided: they get these choke dishes and some of them are vegan. they choose their basic (I usually go for sushi rice), their pokal (essentially the protein part), their toppings, their crunch and their finish (if they did not know: sriracha mayo is vegan). or they only go for one of the signature bowls, from which I can highly recommend the canggu bowl, which comes with creamy tempeh and crispy meerweed the savory tempeh and the nori’s aromen of the sea, make it kind of a surfing-turf experience. so good. but wait, there is more! with her focus on choke bowls it is easy to miss the rest. for beginners they can have edamame or miso suppe with tofu. they also have rolling and salate, but I don't know if the wakame or the kimchi are vegan, the koleslaw definitiw is not. as dessert they can have coconut milk-based panna cotta, which is delicious, even a bit expensive for the size of the portion. if they want milk-free coffee, they have oatly’s barista edition. and before midday they can order the brat dishes produced with milk and, as with the pokal dishes, they can choose their sleep. that are far too huge for their own good job, to take away, they may not be able to finish off on site. all in all, this place is very vegan-friendly and has a nice selection of tasty and healthy dresses that go beyond the pokal bowls for which they are known. it might be a bit expensive, but in my opinion it is worth the money (except the Panna-Cetta perhaps). my only dissatisfaction is with the fact that I should ask if some of the dishes (like the kimchi, which is often made with fish sauce) are actually vegan. characterizing the dishes as vegan/vegetarian or specifying the allergens would be helpful here. updated by previous review on 2020-03-01"
