While not as refined as somewhere like Gymkhana (which has a Michelin Star), it's a perfect blend of great cooking at reasonable prices in a very comfortable setting. I also love the seasonal menu, which is so rare in Indian restaurants, but always entices us to comeback. It's definitely one of the best restaurants in Kennington."

We have been struggling to find a new Indian restaurant in our locality, our usual haunt having let us down on the last 2 or 3 occasions. This place appears to fit the bill. Nice food in a smart restaurant with a reasonably good atmosphere once one particular table of bores had left.

Went early (18.15) Saturday to avoid business and asked for a quiet spot which we got. Very friendly, courteous and competent service. Excellent mix of smart/cosy ambience which is very important. Food nothing particularly special but excellently cooked and presented and good value for money. A birthday treat which we all enjoyed a lot. Would definitely go again.
