It took over an hour for my food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and half of the order was incorrect. I will make sure to dine-in next time.

Ordered through uber eats. Missed items. Refused refund for missing items, escalated and told mistakes happen but policy prevents refund! Policy is to break the law, policy is theft!

I could not understand the woman taking my order her English was awful, when the 2 drinks were passed to me the carton holding them was so flimsy as she let go they fell into my car spilling the whole contents over me and flooding...

This was possibly the worst chicken I have ever had at KFC. It was extremely bland and moist. It was so bad that I ended up throwing my meal away and even spoke to the staff about how disappointing it was. The coating had no flavor and the seasoning was nonexistent. Horrendous attitude when called to find not only where but why our orders was so late (over 2hours) to be fobbed off with a pathetic excuse. No care total pathetic attitude, not our concern thoughts. Contact who you ordered with. Only it’s kfc as the front person . They are the company we are ordering from and they are the representatives.

I keep forgetting to boycott this place as they have no redeeming features. Terrible value. Tiny pieces of chicken in the burger, tiny pieces of dried up chicken generally, when I complain they do nothing but say I have to come back. Not practical to bring a whole family back. Keep forgetting items. Slow service. It’s always busy so I don’t inderstand how the standards are so low. Avoid if possible.

2nd visit to this KFC drive thru at this site and yet again the order was supplied wrong. Order 10 piece wicked variety bucket for family and got a 6 piece. I'm sure they work on you being 5 miles away before you find out and believe you won't bother to drive back. My wife did, this time, and had long disagreement with manager before he would replace order with correct item even though she had receipt.
