Absolutely awfull. Couldn't make this up.place was filthy dirty and there is a difference between being in a mess and being dirty.

This is a useful and KFC great place here to eat, especially if you like it, it is also more useful than a car and the food is very tasty.

Visited here on Saturday afternoon... Saturday night Sunday morning..omg never have I been so violently sick from both ends!...never again will I eat chicken from kfc!

Ordered 10 piece bucket, got 9 pieces, ordered coleslaw, got beans Chips looked like a week old and burnt. Tried phoning the shop 4 times no one answered Disgusting food, only got 1 star as just eat was helpful

My wife went to the drive through in Edinburgh way , brought a bucket of chicken was ask about the sides asked for coleslaw and beans , was asked twice what we wanted, when she got home ended up coleslaw and sweet corn and had a large coke missing

So I saw the bad reviews here and wondered if things have improved, fancied a KFC so went down there to see for myself what it's like now. There were 5 workers and only 2 of them properly wore their masks covering both their mouth and nose. The eating area was filthy with wrappers, old food and dust all over the floor. The sign outside said 4 guests at a time but deliveroo/just eat/Uber eats delivery workers and guests continued to walk in despite there being over 8 people inside excluding the KFC workers, many of which also didn't wear masks properly or even at all. Went to KFC used the drive through around 4pm on a Sunday it was very quiet only about 4 vehicles in front. Order taken politely and drove round to pay and collect food this is where it started to go wrong had to park up as no chicken was informed it would be 5 minutes, 15 minutes later when everyone who parked up after us had there food we were eventually given ours, ordered 2 fillet burger boxed meals which arrived with everything thrown into one very small paper bag with items missing. Went inside to get my missing items and the staff were so very very rude and with a couldn’t be bothered attitude every time I tried to speak to someone I was ignored.
