Gave me the worst food poisoning ever! Had to take a total of 3 days off work unpaid during the very busy Christmas period. Won't be eating here again!

Really horrible. Popped in for something to eat at 9pm on the way home. Would never go here again. There are many choices so really no reason to go here again.

I wanted to order a boxed meal, but they only allowed me to choose 2 wings instead of just one piece. Their menu offers some choices, but overall I would rate my experience as 0 stars.

My colleague regularly spends her lunch break here and orders the same every time. Yesterday when she got to the front of the queue her meal was already ready for her, she just had to pay for it. They recognise her and treat her very well.

Came in here with a colleague, after London. Place was tidy and clean and staff were friendly. Very rapid service. My colleague had a Zinger Tower Burger and a three piece box of chicken. I didn’t eat myself, but had a refreshing Diet Cola.

Never going back here. Rude, patronising middle aged woman serving. Needs sacking asap. Treatment of staff and deliver drivers appalling, and in front of customers. Over packed bags causing them to split and drop food all over the floor. Zero stars.

The restaurant was very busy in the early evening. The staff were efficient and worked quickly to get orders out. My only complaint is that the restaurant appeared untidy when I arrived, but since I was only picking up a takeaway, I did not need to use the tables.

We were all very hungry after a long day on Friday the 13th and decided to stop by KFC to grab a bucket to take home. However, we were disappointed to find that the food did not live up to its usual "finger lickin' good" reputation. The coating on the chicken was dry and dark, and the chips were very soggy. The next day, one by one, we all experienced diarrhoea and violent vomiting. We couldn't even keep water down. We had eaten from this KFC before without any issues, but after this experience we have no plans to return. It was only after we got sick that we read reviews, wondering why we hadn't thought to do so before eating at a fast food chain.

Avoid this KFC at all costs, if I had read the reviews before dining I never would have dined at this branch. If I could I would give it zero stars. I dined here on the 10th of December after work. I wasn't very hungry so my partner finished off my meal for me. Both of us were woken up with terrible poisoning, vomiting the works. When I went to get pharmacy supplies the next day to treat the symptoms, the pharmacist and their assistant from pharmacy across the road told me they had contracted food poisoning from there earlier in the week.
