I’m not a massive fan of KFC, but I was served by Alex and he was so helpful and polite. Thanks for your welcome. Quick take away service and great value for money. The chicken was piping hot.

I'm not sure why I decided to visit this place again because things have not improved. The service is slow and the staff seems disinterested, the food is very greasy, and the toilets and tables are dirty. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Very accommodating of insoberant people, sorry I just need some food and drink, money can be exchanged for goods and services it does what is needed, staff are good, quite fast food service, better than elsewhere in aber, was only about a minute maximusl

It’s a KFC at the end of the day. Some attempt at social distancing but now clear explanations. Lady on roll spoke so quietly I had to ask her to speak up or times. Food was ok. Asked for drumsticks as part of...my piece chicken but got two breast. Whole place just feels cold.

my man bought a piece of bargain bucket of this kfc we were very disappointed by the quality of food. the fries were so tender and underboiled in the did they looked like they had scratched themselves out and died! the taste was terrible. the coating. of the hawns was blanching without traces of the spicy that kfc have become famous far. that was dry. that is our third time to buy from here and we will not return again.

in the first night of our stay in aberystwyth we stopped at the local kfc for dinner. restaurant was not very busy with the majority of orders for just eat and similar. we have placed our order with self-service machines. we had to wait more than minutes, as it seems as if they were very close. the personal at the front worked as fast as possible, and although they looked very tense, they never lost their patient and were very apologetic for long waiting. the food was delicious.

I called on vacation when I wanted to feed my family quickly. all very crumbled in the door, took a table top and ordered over the screens below. eating was slow, there was also a group of years that ignored and ignored signage. all sat together, no masks during walking etc. only of them had eaten. the employees did not sleep to prevent or treat it. no serviettes made available, so ended greasy, the wait was long to try to get some. Eating wasn't very hot. probably one of the worst kfcs I had.

After a late night out, our family was in need of a meal. The only option for me, as someone who needs gluten-free dishes, was a green salad or corn on the cob. The rest of my family enjoyed chicken and chips, which they said were tasty. Unfortunately, I couldn't even have the chips! I ended up settling for the corn on the cob. It's frustrating that big chain restaurants don't offer more options for people with gluten sensitivities. It's important to remember that there are people who can't consume wheat.

When we walked into the restaurant, we noticed there were no other customers present, making it quite quiet. My friend went to the counter to place her order while I made my decision. Once she had ordered, the staff informed her that if she waited a bit longer, she would receive a free dessert. She agreed and we waited for my order. The staff, although friendly, seemed a bit disorganized and took a while to take my order. After my friend received her food and was given the free dessert, I asked about my order and was also offered a free dessert to compensate for the wait.
