The staff doesn't seem to care about customers who dine in and prefer online orders or using the touch screen kiosk. The service is poor, the portions are small, and the staff is moody. I would not recommend this restaurant and suggest going to Slim Chickens in the Xscape for better food and service."

There’s a acrid urine smell about the seating area. Messy all around and didn’t specify on the maps that it’s cash only. Waste of am journey, go elsewhere if you have card.

The chicken comprised of three drumsticks and 3 thigh pieces, yuk! Not on e breast piece. The chips were overcooked and soggy! The fat probably needs changing! Very disappointed.

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely rude. The staff had no manners and did not engage in any conversation, simply throwing our food at us. Overall, a very poor experience.

A nice meal, quick service, tasty food but staff could be a bit more friendly. We ate in and some of the tables hadn't been cleaned but other than that, food was good and the krushem was delicious as always...just what we needed on a hot day! Visualizza piatti

Called in here again as I do when passing after 20 mins waiting in drive through I decided to drive away. There was six car in front of me that didn’t move This is the fourth time I’ve done this. This should be a fast food restaurant it’s a joke. It’s not a problem in the busy Northampton branch.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and chips. The chicken drumstick was so hard that I couldn't chew it, it felt like it had been sitting out all day. The other pieces were slimy and made me feel ill. The coating didn't taste the same. This is now the second time I have had to write a review about Stacey Bushes KFC. I am so disappointed as KFC used to be my favorite takeout option.
