Very small pieces of chicken very disappointed when you buy a three peace chicken meal or even a solo piece. Very disappointed

The food has improved here recently after many complaints regarding portion sizes of the chicken. However this has now improved dramatically with larger portions and Juicy chicken. It just needs the staff at the front desk to smile more.

Staff take a laid back approach to work providing very slow service in a indifferent manner. The upstairs seating area is always closed no matter how busy they are. Often, supply's are low which means that there could be no salt, straws or the right size lids for their cups. Visualizza piatti

Always spotlessly clean staff happy to help and do anything good food for good prices I know that’s what kfc usually does anywhere but cleaner and nicer at this one really can’t fault also ordered delivery here and was got to my house in 15 minutes and was hot and tasted great .

Staff can never decide whether they serve Krushems on the drive through. Tonight's excuse is they're cleaning the machine. Placed an order at 10pm they close at 11pm, sat waiting in the car park for 30 minutes waiting for our order. Diabolical service since they opened, would be quicker to drive the 40 mile round trip and go to Exeter instead....

This kfc has been going downhill since the first lockdown. Cold food, wrong orders, items missing, tiny portions, dry chicken, and now a weird taste. It tastes like they’ve changed the recipe. And now really expensive. I can eat in a pub for the same price, and that’s what I’ll do from now on. Just want to say, this is nothing to do with the delivery driver, this is purely down to kfc. Bought a chicken meal to take away and eat outside in our car. I couldn’t believe it when I took a piece of chicken out of the bag and oil poured down my arm and on to my clothes and on to my phone which was on my lap,needless to say there wasn’t any crispy batter just soggy mush. I suppose its my own fault as we gave them a try when it was first open when we had a disgusting offering then,but I did think that given time they would of got their act together never again!!!!!!!!

First of all, the service was terrible! I am happy for workers to have a chat, but please note they also STOPPED working to make conversation. Therefore, the wait was extended even further! I spent 80% of my visit waiting for the food rather than eating it because there was barely any food to eat! I believe this is KFC as a companies issue, but the ratio of chicken to chips in my snack box was baffling! It was not a ‘snack’ more like a dozen potatoes used for chips alone side a singular slither of a chicken. However, if you do attend this god awful food shop, do splurge for the 30p REAL tomato as it was the only good thing to come from my meal.

Ordered via just eat. Waited 90 minutes for order. Never arrived! Driver got as far as the road next to us then turned in the opposite direction went down another road where they faffed about for about 45 mins then the map said they had lost signal with the driver but not to worry as our delivery was on its way. No it wasn’t! Then after about another 45 minutes trying to get on to the chat was told that my order had been delivered. When I said it hadn’t they asked me to go check the neighbourhood! You couldn’t make it up! So, let’s get this right, you pay for delivery but you have to go out try hunt down your order! Don’t think so! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Visualizza piatti
