"We would have expected: the exact space that had been agreed and promised. The smaller one of the two rooms, which was very suitable for our society. A well-ventilated room where it doesn't smell like food. With a darkening option for a previously announced, successful beamer bet. Delicious dinnete that deserves the name. All four selected wines, even without demand. Sufficient staff, so everyone gets their food on time and at the same time. A jubilar who gets his food first. A food that is freshly prepared and supplied warm. A food that is beautifully decorated and tasty and is identical to what was previously seen during the meeting and booking. A hostess who shows and asks the guests. Rest of the cake you can take home without demand. Suitable tables for guests. Of course, we would have expected all this, we got the exact opposite. If there was a successful celebration, this is certainly not the “Post” in Wolfegg. And: Normally it is not our way of “becoming” but in total what the “post” has delivered was simply inadequate and if one as a host man reflects so little, what should one answer to the – certainly only rhetorical – question, “was everything right?”? No, “right” it was not! Last but not least, a tip: Perhaps it would be better to “prepare” a few guests than to clearly exceed the capacity limits in terms of service and quality through the mere mass of crowded guests. A few guests less, but all of them happy to leave the house, are certainly a better advertisement for the house than a large herd of half-satisfied, which at best returns to a fair selling event."
