There is urgent need for action.The service was in need of reconciliation at that day, as only very rarely someone came and this also felt reluctant. all dishes were after approx. 20 minutes, but were all very sweet. I hope this has improved. all in all, our visit was disappointing, because we had introduced ourselves a little different one evening in the steakhouse."

"Wir waren früher öfter zu gast, seid dem Umzug von Wevelinghoven nach Hemmerden das erst mal. Ambiente ist eher ein feines Restaurant ohne Linie und Seele, als dass man sich wie in Mexico fühlt. Service freundlich, bemüht aber unstrukturiert. Schade ist, dass man als erstes von einem Schild begrüßt wird keine Kartenzahlung und als nächste einem die Servicekraft mitteilt, dass der Gasgrill defekt ist und es keine Steaks etc. gibt. Die Durchgangstüre zu den Toiletten (Fluchttüre) vom Saal aus war verschlossen, der Platz wo der Feuerlöscher ausgeschildert war, war nicht zugänglich da dort ein Gast saß. Nun zum Essen, ich hatte die Fajita Carne y Pollo und meine Frau die Tacos con Carne de res. Zu der Fajita, der Gemüsereis schmeckte nur nach Möhren ansonsten eher geschmacklos, lag wohl an den großen und vielen Möhrenstücken. Der Salat war leider nicht gut angemacht, nur ein wenig Dressing darüber geträufelt. Das Fleisch in Sahnesauce, war ganz gut sowie der Rest (Weizentortilla, Sourcream, Avocado Creme, Streukäse). Zwei von 3 Tacos waren oben am Rand verbrannt, das con Carne eher geschmacklos alles in allem ok. Bei der Rechnung wurden zuerst die Speisen vergessen nach einem Hinweis kam eine korrigierte Rechnung. Der Erdbeergruß zum Abschluss war sehr lecker. Als Resümee früher haben die Speisen besser geschmeckt. Dafür kommen wir nicht wieder. Das super leckere Tiramisu gibt es auch schon lange nicht mehr."

"we have been in the alla scala. the noodles and the pizza are really delicious. for me the best Italian in grevenbroich. unfortunately the service gets a few deductions from me. for new drinks is rarely asked and you have the feeling to be 2nd choice when master customers are in charge."
