excellent eating, great service with a beautiful Genteel atmosphere. only minor complaints that I am sure that they had no control were the plague of mosquitoes when the sun went down.

"We stopped for lunch at Ferme de la Chassagne. What a lovely place with great food! The daily menu is a steal with starter, main, cheeses, dessert, wine and coffee for 15€.More importantly, the food was delicious and the meat one of Best I tried.Lots of locals including gendarmes on their lunch break. A great spot for a lunch when you are in the area."

"Upstairs at Limoges Bellegarde airport, this is NOT a typical airport eatery!!This restaurant offers excellent, typically French cuisine, served by a smiling waiter at exceptionally great value prices. We had the three course set menu last Thursday evening at just €13.50 per head. A choice of three dishes to choose from per course and delicious they were too!Excellent wine list with something for everyone - again at very reasonable prices. It's actually worthwhile getting to the airport early and spending time here before going through security. I assume they also open for lunch? But in the evening they open at 19:00 hrs. If you stay at the nearby airport hotel, this is the place they send you for an evening meal and very much worth the short walk it is too!!"

"We spent lunch at Couzeix in this establishment. We took the full day formula with entry, dish and dessert for 14,50 €. In the beginning, we had the choice between charcuterie plates or campagnard salad, for the chicken dish green lemon sauce or pork sauce and dessert chocolate mousse or pear pie amandine or apple pie or homemade fruit salad. Everything was good and efficient service. For the price, everything was correct and we recommend this restaurant."

"We had dinner at the extraordinary garden on August 14, and unfortunately it was a major disappointment. Prices: 14 euros for a cocktail with or without alcohol (we are not in Paris or Cannes but in Nieul). 27 euros for a false filet 9 euros for a waffle. We obviously knew that we were going to a restaurant with high prices but the problem is what happens next. False fillet: We are in Limousin, a great meat region. I order rare, the meat is way overcooked!! Accompaniment with the dish. A bowl with some new potatoes to share with my partner who ordered the burger. Nothing else on the plate apart from a splash of homemade ketchup as decoration. Dessert: a waffle, well 1/3 of a classic waffle accompanied by a little bit of chocolate sauce Service: friendly but we do not change the cutlery between the starter (tomato mozzarela at 18 euros) and the main course. The problem here is clearly the quality and quantity/price ratio. The place is certainly pleasant but the prices for what we ate (that is to say a very simple meal, without creativity and poorly cooked) exorbitant. In conclusion the garden is beautiful but it is a place to avoid. There is much better and cheaper in Limoges"
