"I measure my three stars by starting to tell you that your staff is very friendly, that the interior of your hotel is pretty, but for a 4 star I would have waited for a few minor points to be corrected: Our room was not ready at the scheduled time. You plan a bottle of champagne in the room .. the glasses of champagne were not there! We had to ask for them The bottle of champagne provided was entry-level .. was not good .. yet charged 40 euros in the mini bar outside the Smartbox formula At first we were not asked at the reception what time we would go to dinner when it was planned in the formula. I had to ask..(I didn't understand why) The meal was excellent (bravo) but extremely long! We had to ask for more bread to have a second time at the restaurant. The bed light was broken..right side Thanks to the spa to the spa staff who were also very kind. At the spa I was surprised by a point of detail, your clock, absolutely not pretty very basic it is only a clock but from a 4 I would imagine that this type of point of detail is corrected and not present Kudos to the breakfast buffet Overall it was a pleasant moment not unforgettable and memorable but pleasant. I don't know what your level of requirement is because I feel the concern to do well but because of small things you miss out on excellence. This message I do it for a constructive purpose."

"Pause déjeuner sur la route du retour des vacances, halte au cœur de la très agréable ville de Nuits saint Georges, restaurant choisi un peu au hasard, sur la base des menus affichés, et de la place disponible : menus ou à la carte, du choix, certains plats avec des produits locaux, d'autres plus classiques, tout était très bon, pas de mauvaise surprise. Terrasse agréable, service sympathique et dynamique.Un petit bémol : 1 € de plus facturé par couvert en terrasse, sachant que le café est tout petit à l'intérieur ......."

"Menu at 25 euros Very disappointed by the dish. Gaston Gérard Chicken: a sort of blanquette sauce, and on the chicken skin (not grilled) a little cheese. All of this accompanied by potato rissod from the freezer... The carrots were good. The entrance and the cheeses were very good, nice discoveries. dessert, basic. A tourist trap. Unbelievable he's number one on TripAdvisor. I'm not hard, but if you go, don't take the Gaston Gérard chicken."

"Vu l’heure et la distance nous séparant de Beaune, nous avons choisi de déjeuner dans cette petite brasserie en terrasse.Les viandes étant de qualité CE et non pas du terroir, nous avons finalement tous pris des salades afin d’être servis plus rapidement, nous permettant ainsi de profiter d’avantage de notre après-midi.Rien de particulier à signaler pour les salades, mangeables certes, mais manquant d’originalité !C’est dommage et regrettable, quand on vient d’une autre région de France, de ne pas voir figurer sur la carte une salade, préparée ‘’vraiment maison’’, avec des produits régionaux frais, comme le jambon persillé par exemple !..."

"Excellent address! Everything is gathered to spend an excellent time in this restaurant. We enjoyed a pleasant and friendly atmosphere thanks to the person who welcomed us and assured the service as well as the leader. The menus are of very high quality and a perfect freshness. Everything proposed is produced locally, not negligible. We also benefited from very good advice on the choice of wines. We will gladly return to test other dishes."
