Meat is also good enough. but it is very fast: the good taste of meat is drowned under floury sauces and too thick. slices of ham are presented in the plate, as just out of their packaging, the burrata is served so cold that we do not feel the taste. Salad is so insipid that the most ordinary of vinegars manages to pick it up, modestly, taste. Roasted vegetables? barely passed into oil, and frankly, with the best will of the world, raw eggplants, no thanks. dessert side, disappointment: a sandy too dry, very airy, topped with a pale grazing cream and very floury. there is no work on flavors, everything is assembled without research. So do home? Assembled home, certainly...For the atmosphere, the commercial choice is perhaps surprising, but why not: we find, in the midst of the past, fine grocery items, so far, it's consistent, but also paintings, decoration items, including Christmas balls in the spring, jewelry.
