"Best brunch in Paris As we often choose this brunch to spend a pleasant time with friends on Sunday morning. We love first and foremost the choice and quality of the salty and sweet buffet. Salt side: sushi with the charcuterie, seafood, Lebanese cuisine, Italian cuisine, snaking, hot dishes, eggs on the map, etc... Sweet side: signed Pierre Hermé with pastries, cakes, pastries (magnificently vanilla), macarons, fresh fruit and a wide choice of bread from the MOF Frédéric Lalos. We don't know where to start. Everything is fresh and good quality. The service is irregular: Sometimes without problems, fluid, attentive and professional Sometimes disordinated, slow and arrogant (I had taken sushi but there were no chopsticks to eat with, I asked the waiter who installed us if I could have chopsticks to eat my sushi because there wasn’t one next to the buffet, he replied, “Go look for them there” by showing the air to show him So I’m going back to the buffet but there were still no, so I asked another server who gave them to me without any problems... The brunch is very exceptional. In the brunch Palace category in Paris, the Royal Monceau ranks number 1. Indeed, it combines both excellent salty dishes with will (rarely rare) and high-end pastries (less singular for this level of range because it is at the minima what the Palaces offer). That said that those of Quentin Lechat contain signatures like his flan or his chocolate pie (an incredible finesse). I'll be back as soon as I can.

A lot of strength: very varied brunch, really extra pastries, excellent service, a gluten-free buffet, a beautiful cheese tray and the hotel's professionalism. The weak points are too important! some small improvements can however make this brunch exceptional: put some exceptional dishes to the stations (porc, gnocchis and pasta is medium! 9 and regularly change the main dishes menu. I intend to come back in a few moments hoping that my remarks will have been taken into account.
