RE MAR QUA BLE!!!!!! in Chaumont sur Loire , it is there the aunt Léonie de Proust , all there is!!! the kitchen with its ancestral flavors, the plates of aunt Léonie or great mother Louisette according to its own history... up to the coffee coffee coffee served in the cups of its tata Léonie or its grand mother Louisette.. And the frame!!!!! you really have to go see, yes I say SEE and eat of course.. I made a good magic, delicious 50 years back..
