"We chose the taster menu. 7 courses all expertly cooked and served with well deserved pride. Although all the dishes were delicious we especially want to highlight the Granny Smith apple and fresh mint sorbet served between the meat and the chocolate desert. A cool cloud bursting with flavour. The chef and the staff are to be commended, taking just the right amount of time to introduce the dishes and answer questions. The wine list is also expertly put together. A wonderful experience all round"

"Un restaurante pintoresco e ideal para ir en verano, que es cuando se puede disfrutar de la terraza. El servicio muy agradable. El encargado nos supo recomendar muy bien, explicándonos con detalle los ingredientes de cada plato. El ceviche no me entusiasmó y me pareció algo escaso, pero la ensalada de aguacate y puerros y la panceta son súper recomendables. De postre tomamos bizcocho de almendras que a mí me encantó. Sale a unos 25 euros por persona. Volveré."

"Varias cosas hay que destacar en el Asador del Rey. Lo primero, su comida. El cochinillo, crujiente por fuera y jugoso y tierno por dentro, una obra de arte. Muy destacable también el revuelto de morcilla. En segundo lugar, el local. Amplio, bonito y silencioso, sin innecesarias musiquillas que nada aportan a la comida. Por último, el servicio, rápido, amable, competente, etc. Solo una pega, por decir algo. Las croquetas de boletus no dan la talla en un restaurante así. Volveremos."
