in a cold, humid night in dunkirk, this small cozy restaurant provided an excellent meal. the waitress (owner? was welcoming and in vain our mangled french, although I suspect that her English is excellent. the bone marrow star was the star of the...show, but the bounty noir was a narrow runner. all were excellent, with a single meunière and a duo lamm, which was particularly prominent. the wine list is well balanced and includes some half bottles. we could easily understand why this is such a popular place with a regular clientele.

The young lady that owns/runs this restaurant could not of been more accomodating. I loved the fact it was her and her two chefs in a small kitchen producing great service and good food. Overall all of our meals were very good although my husband...found his a little dry, which I do agree with. The restaurant itself has a really nice authentic French feel to it, with a simple menu that was carried to each table on a board. small inhabited restaurant, 7 tables inside, however the reception is very pleasant and the relaxed atmosphere. the card without being huge what is a good point is diversified and can satisfy all tastes. dishes are in good invoice without artifices but let it transcribe an undeniable quality that is the freshness of the products used, it goes to the desserts made on site. service and accompaniment are attentive throughout the meal. summarizes a good time. the prices since we have to talk about it are at the level of dock restaurants, for me a little too high, but the pleasure has no price says-we have taken pleasure.
