The goose super soft, nice fried, the dumplings are m.E. the best thing I've ever eaten and also the blue herb was very delicious. My mother had doubts first, after all, the food should be good for Christmas. It was more than good, it was totally convinced and we will order again! Besides, a very dear hostess.
